Cancellation & Refund Policy

Stanch Solutions Private Limited (Owner of Entries.ai)

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscriptions, services, and solutions purchased from Stanch Solutions Private Limited, including its product brand Entries.ai. By subscribing to or using Entries.ai, customers agree to the terms described below.

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Customers may request cancellation of their Entries.ai subscription at any time by submitting a written request to the Stanch Solutions support team or through the designated cancellation option provided within the product.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
    • The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
    • Stanch Solutions does not provide mid-cycle cancellations, partial-month adjustments, or downgrades.
  • For annual subscriptions, cancellation will apply at the end of the annual term unless otherwise agreed contractually.

2. Refund Policy

  • No Refund for Utilized Periods

    Stanch Solutions follows standard B2B SaaS practices:

    • Subscription fees for any period that has already been used or consumed will not be refunded.
    • This includes any login activity, usage of modules, support consumption, or service delivery performed within the billing cycle.
  • Non-Refundable Items

    The following are strictly non-refundable:

    • Partially used subscription periods
    • One-time setup, onboarding, or implementation fees
    • Migration, training, consulting, or custom work already completed
    • Add-on modules activated or delivered
    • Delays or issues arising from customer infrastructure, third-party dependencies, or force majeure events
  • Unused Prepaid Periods

    For prepaid periods not yet utilized, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Stanch Solutions.

    Stanch Solutions follows a free-market discretionary approach, evaluating:

    • Contract commitment
    • Usage patterns
    • Customizations and resource allocation already made

    Such refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Cancellation of Services (Implementation, Support & Managed Services)

  • Customers may request cancellation of any ongoing service engagement by providing written notice.
  • Fees for services already rendered or consumed will not be refunded, including:
    • Completed implementation milestones
    • Completed hours in time-and-material engagements
    • Migration or training sessions already delivered
    • Any professional services consumed before the cancellation request
  • For monthly or ongoing managed/support services:
    • Cancellation will apply from the next billing cycle
    • Fees for the current cycle remain non-refundable, as service availability and resource allocation start at the beginning of each billing period

4. Free Trials

If Stanch Solutions offers a free trial for Entries.ai:

  • No charges apply during the trial period
  • Once converted to a paid plan, the terms of this Policy fully apply
  • No refunds are provided for periods used after trial conversion

5. Discretionary Refunds

Stanch Solutions may, at its sole discretion, consider refunds in exceptional cases.
Any discretionary refund:

  • Is not guaranteed
  • May be prorated
  • Will exclude all used subscription days and consumed services
  • Will require internal approval before processing

6. Cancellation & Refund Request Procedure

All requests must be submitted to:

The request must include:

  • Registered company name
  • Subscription or service details
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Preferred effective date

Stanch Solutions may require 7-10 business days to review, process, and respond to the request.

7. Policy Amendments

Stanch Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time.

All updates will be published on the Entries.ai website, and continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
